Because many of our furnishings are handcrafted or made specifically for each customer, our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture

Custom, special-order, and made-to-order merchandise is produced specifically for you.

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 72 hours of placing your order. After that time, production may already be underway and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please note that custom, made-to-order, and special-order merchandise is considered final sale once production has begun.

In-Stock Merchandise

If an in-stock item isn’t the right fit for your home, eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided it:

• Is in new, unused condition
• Has not been assembled, altered, or damaged
• Is accompanied by the original sales receipt

Approved returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Returned merchandise must be received in saleable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Mattresses and foundations
• Clearance merchandise
• Floor models sold “as is”
• Final sale merchandise
• Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items after the 72-hour cancellation period

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original form of payment whenever possible.

• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original card.
• Cash or check purchases will be refunded by company check.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing after the return has been approved.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.
