Price Match Policy

At Verona Home, we believe exceptional furniture should also represent exceptional value. We carefully select our collections and price them competitively, so you can shop with confidence.

If you find the exact same item offered for a lower price by a qualifying retailer, we’ll gladly match the price at the time of purchase, provided it meets the guidelines below.

Price Match Guidelines

To qualify for a price match:

•    The item must be identical, including manufacturer, model, size, finish, fabric, configuration, and warranty.
•    The item must be new and offered fully assembled, when applicable.
•    The competitor must be a brick-and-mortar retailer located within 100 miles of any Verona Home showroom.
•    The advertised price must be current and verifiable at the time of purchase.
•    Requests must be be made within 30 days of the original purchase date (based on the written sales order), not the delivery date.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

•    Delivery or installation charges
•    Sales tax
•    Financing offers or promotional financing
•    Clearance or closeout merchandise
•    Floor models or display samples
•    “As Is” merchandise
•    Used or previously owned merchandise
•    Returned or open-box merchandise
•    Competitor pricing errors
•    Online-only retailers
•    Unauthorized retailers or marketplace sellers
•    Limited-time offers that require memberships, coupons, rebates, bundled purchases, or other special promotions

Additional Information

Verona Home reserves the right to verify all advertised pricing and determine eligibility for price matching.

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the guidelines outlined above.
